Most people suffering from fatigue, nervousness, stress, worry, or depression are in one of the three stages of adrenal exhaustion.
By applying the proper minerals, nutritional supplements, diet and exercise, you can recharge the adrenal system. By utilizing a special hair mineral analysis test to determine your stress level and mineral depletion, we can set up a precise nutritional program consisting of minerals, nutritional products and enzymes to restore your energy. We will then work with you to slowly get you off your sugar, coffee, tobacco, or food addiction. We then set up a low-level light exercise program.
What’s the cause of adrenal exhaustion depletion?
Adrenal exhaustion is essentially an on-going depletion of the body’s energy reserves. Many types of stress for a long enough duration will result in adrenal exhaustion or burnout. These could be job related.
There are three stages…acute (or alarm), coping, and adrenal exhaustion/burnout. Most people suffering from fatigue, nervous exhaustion, stress, worry, depression are in one of the three stages of adrenal exhaustion.
The alarm stage of stress is considered an early stage in which the body has adequate energy to fight back against the stress. The body reacts to acute stress by releasing hormones like adrenalin and cortizol from the adrenal glands, which mobilize the body’s energy to meet the threat, danger, or stress. In the acute state, the person gets very angry, throws things and is very emotional. Road rage is a good example of acute adrenal stress. In the acute stage, the individual hypes up to battle the constant pressure and on-going high stress in their lives. Because the stress level is relentlessly constant, their adrenal battery is beginning to drain and the natural energy level begins to deplete. To pick up the slack, the person resorts to quick fix artificial energy such as sugar, chocolate, junk foods, salty foods, soda, coffee, cigarettes, alcohol, or drugs (legal or illegal). Most anti-depressants and thyroid pills are prescribed for adrenal exhaustion, but the doctor is missing the diagnosis.
